Dear Peacebuilders,
I have this peace message for all of us: The ideal of peace, have become the greatest single imperative of our time because the world we have now created with our own hands have now become a plague and seem that we can no more HEAL by the same intellect with which we brought the plague about.
I leave you all with this further message; There is no way to peace peace is the only way. It can be institutionalized when we practically beat our bows, arrows, guns and bullets into ploughshares.
Let us reach out and be the Vanguard of the Sermon- *Let us no more toy with arsenals of human destruction in the name of national interest.
Let us STUDY war no more. For when war is no longer recognised, there MUST be(I repeat) there MUST be an acceptable means of dispute resolution.
This way we can build strong Axes Of Peace and not "axes of war and terror".
These shall be the message we will be sharing with the Youth leaders that will be gathering for the Youth Peace Summit in celebration of this years' UN International Day of Peace events in Nigeria.
You are invited . Come let us build the beautiful symphony of brotherhood. Let us show the world that Peace can begin with Ourselves.
