Hey Anonymous, not sure if you've left the scene completely, perhaps so. It seems all indications are that Al Qaeda/its supporters were responsible for the bombings in Spain. I'm not sure the families of the 202 killed would agree that they're "essentially done for."

As for what capturing Osama means, you're probably correct about that. I see a late October capture/ news of the capture in our future - perfectly coordinated for prime election benefit.
