Bob: Let me begin by making it easy for you.
We want:
Men that are aware of the fact that foreplay comes in the form of communication, and that it is more important than extending the duration of their passion through means invented by the Pharmaceutical Industry in order to get more of their piece of the pie.
Men that do not assume that a Hummer is going to make them sexier.
Men that are as passionate about the environment as women are, since women have a natural instinct to protect their children and therefore, the future of the planet.
Men that can use their left brain to come up with a plan for female Democrats, who have put in their emotional ranting and raving in order to wake up their male counterparts to what crimes against humanity have been committed in the name of democracy, while they watch their own democracy waste away to nothing.
Remember, it's women who are the emotional half and men that are the disciplined, "one thing at a time" thinking. Women tend to multi-task and multi-think. We are made that way, because we have always had to create homes, food and emotional nurturing, while watching our children every moment of the time. On the other hand, men have always chosen one task and then plotted and planned together to execute it.
You want your leadership back? We'll give it to you gladly. Get together in meetings and talk it out. We know what the objective is. Now, we need to find the means. We're listening. It's your turn, Bob. Got a plan?
