Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you of my desire to establish a trading company in Saudi Arabia. The project in brief is to import high quality natural and metallic raw materials of international specifications. These materials are considered allied to the basic industries utilized in all fields of the factories established in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Arabian Gulf States.

Our trading company is going to deal with companies and factories such as:
· Saudi ARAMCO Oil Company

· SABIC

· Paints, Cement, Concrete works, plastic ……etc factories

· Tile, gypsum, Aluminum, ceramic…..etc factories.

· Glass, paper, agriculture, insecticide….etc factories.

· Asphalting roads, water purification, converting industries ….etc

· Many other industries existing in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Arabian Gulf states as well

An actual survey for Saudi existing market requirements and volume of taking up such raw materials in their names and chemical analyses has been conducted in coordination with several companies who expressed their readiness to deal with us under long term contracts annually through opening bank credits or other warranties, provided that such materials are competitive and meet the required specification, and delivery time.

Our team has a great experience in marketing. We also have a wide integration with many different Saudi well-known companies like Saudi ARAMCO and SABIC.

Profits anticipated for this project are 40% and more.Net profit less expenditure 30%. Recovery of the capital is within 1 year to 3 years at the maximum. The net profit will be shared 50% each.

The capital required for the implementation of this project is (US $267.000) for establishing the first branch of our company with all its requirements. That sum also includes the start of the business with small factories and companies. There must be (US $3.000.000) as a bank guarantees for making contracts for bargains with big companies.

Therefore I kindly request the investors, the owners of the factories and foreign companies specialized in sale and manufacturing of these materials to share with my establishment by opening of a joint office and give us the opportunity to represent them in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf whereas it is a chance for them to grow.
