MEYOTO and Peace

If you are of kindred spirit, we need your help.

The above title conjures up diverse thoughts and opinions. Be assured, MEYOTO has nothing to do with economics, global warming or even the ethics of war. Its founding was based on a very simple premise. Most moms and dads would prefer an environment of peace for their children and grandchildren. Unfortunately, some may never experience peace.

With that in mind may I pose a simple question? Are we sincere when we express a passion for peace? I believe the answer is, “Yes.” However, until now we lacked a billboard or platform from which to express our thoughts. Alone we were just a single voice. It’s like a single strand of thread. By itself it’s weak and easy to break. However, try intertwining a second, third or fourth strand and see what happens. The threads suddenly form a rope with significant strength.

Individually, we are like the single strand of thread. Alone we’re powerless and perhaps voiceless. Then, we join with others and become a choir with significant volume and quality. I am confident as I write, many of our fellow citizens along with nationals from around the world hope and pray for peace as we do. Through MEYOTO we want to encourage them. Through this common bond they can show their ethnicity and still embrace the opportunity to speak their mind.

During the past year my colleagues and I have managed to put together an intriguing infrastructure hoping it travels beyond our shores and becomes a clear voice. I am reminded; it only takes a spark to get a fire going.

The MEYOTO movement provides a simple yet effective conduit through which you can quietly “Show Your Colors and Speak Your Mind.”

MEYOTO (Me and You Together) is a movement about peace. It is non-political. Its purpose is simply to unite and mold like-minded people into a single quiet yet powerful voice having national and international appeal. The movement is not anti-war. Most people simply prefer to live in peace. We have utilized the well-known graphic peace symbol and decorated it with an artistic rendition of a world flag. Displaying a MEYOTO shows a willingness to participate in a community with a common goal…Peace.

We cannot do this alone. We need you to stand with us and be that single strand of thread woven together into a rope of strength and hope..

I invite you to visit our website; www.meyoto.com or reply to this email or call me and trust the responses you receive will intrigue you and help you understand exactly what it is we’re attempting to accomplish. Then, if you agree I encourage you to add your voice by actively displaying a MEYOTO on a window, auto, refrigerator or a T-shirt.

Lastly, please feel free to forward this email to everyone in your address book.

Kindest personal regards,

John and Alana Cloud
