I'd like to add something because i think that this has turned into a battle between religions.
Firstly, if you do not know anything about Islam than do not say anything about it. Similarily, if you know nothing about Christianity or Judaism then do not speak about them as this just confuses everybody and creates misunderstandings.
If you do not wish to believe what is clear before your eyes than leave the people who do well alone. i think this verse describes people who reject what is clear:
"Deaf, dumb, and blind; they fail to return."
May Allah lead you all to the straight path and help you learn to live alongside people of other religions rather than conflicting them. if you are sincerely interested in finding the truth then the way to do this is not by insulting each other but you should,as said in the following verse:
"And argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious."
