Choice? What choice is this you talk about? With the death penalty the convicted person already made the "choice" to kill one or many people without their approval. The death penalty is meant to be a deterrant because people fear death.

In giving women the "choice" is to completely dehumanize a fetus. What is it exactly that constitutes a fetus as inhuman and expendable? Or is it maybe just a deterant to tell sperm not to make it to their ultimate destination?
