Support U.S. Senate Effort to Stop Crisis in Sudan - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
During the last 24 months, fighting between the Government of Sudan and two rebel groups in the Darfur region of Sudan has resulted in the deaths of more than 70,000 people. In addition, more than 2.2 million people continue to be affected. But you have an opportunity to make a difference: help ensure that the perpetrators of gross human rights violations against the Sudanese people in Darfur are brought to justice - urge your Senator to to support the Darfur Accountability Act (S.495).
ACT NOW

The United States Congress has shown consistent leadership on the crisis in Darfur and must continue to do so now by passing an amended version of the Darfur Accountability Act (S. 495) that includes clear accountability for gender-based violence.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
