Dear Friends,
It is with deep sorrow and sadness that we learned of the tragic events in the United Kingdom today. Innocent lives have been taken, and touched in a horrific way forever. In condemning the acts, we call for the swift apprehension of those responsible for this tragedy. The Islamic Society of Central Florida would like to send our condolences and prayers to the families of the victims of the bombings.
As people of faith, we must try to maintain the elements of understanding and resolve. Peace and tranquility are the focus of diverse, albeit unified communities.
Tragedy, as seen by the events in the U.K, can only be suppressed with the power of unity and awareness between people of all faiths.
We pray for all those tragically affected by the horrific acts and hope that justice will prevail.
