I'm on my soap box today. I truly believe, in my heart, that God is control of all things, including who is elected President of the United States. It's what is brought to the table after, that counts. Human imperfection plays a very big part of the overall picture. Bush, his cabinet, and the republican congress have fallen short in too many ways. I'm not a political person, I don't claim to know much about what's going on in this world. But how can we, as American citizens not see the impact of what this president has done while in office!! PEOPLE, WE ARE IN REAL TROUBLE IN THIS COUNTRY!!! Should I dare say third world country? I believe it is coming to that. So much of our industry is being exported, companies are downsizing just to stay afloat, the average
American is struggling to makes ends meet, and the biggest problem facing America today is the huge hyke in oil prices. What George Bush has done in the last six years is a crime to the American people!!! Oh, I know there are those that would dismiss me as a liberal thinker, and would say that this has been coming on for years, decades. They are the most narrow-minded people! Those that defend this president should be ashamed of themselves! I don't buy the fact that we were in trouble before Bush took office. I think he and his inner circle of cronies have single-handedly TAKEN THIS COUNTRY DOWN!!! As I have said, I believe that God has the control, maybe through this president, he has finally said, IT'S TIME TO GIVE THIS COUNTRY A BIG DOSE OF HUMILITY!!
