Hey Brandon,

Perhaps you ought to take a class on Religions of the World because you're making a lot of dumb assumptions on what people believe and on how God acts towards people.

I agree that Muhammad and Buddha are false. But sir, attacking another person's beliefs is hardly the way to convince them what is right.

And also for everyone. Christ would not be liberal. Christ would not be conservative. Christ did not go about yelling at pharisees to fix social problems. Christ did not go condemning the Romans for the bloody expansion of their empire. Nor did he even condemn them for owning slaves. Christ came to deliver mankind from its sins and thus invite them to be in heaven. He was concerned with matters of our eternal souls and "not" matters of the world. God doesn't send hurricanes to punish us for what we do. The entire Bible is about God's grace towards those who love Him, not about His wrath.

Everyone needs to stop trying to talk about how Jesus would support someone because of this or that. Jesus has more important things in mind than how we act. Too many people misinterperet the Bible and what it says to make ridiculous points.

Peace is great and Cindy has every right to closure. If closure means getting to personally lodge her complaints with President Bush then that is fine. Let her express her feelings, but people should stop either condemning her actions or exploiting them for gain.

I hope we have peace someday, but arguing about how to get it is never going to get anyone to it. This forum is for discussion, not for making inflamatory remarks or personal attacks.

Sincerely,
Greg
