leigh you have a very good point yet still we put blame on the pres wasnt the gvt wrong wasnt many people wrong in this world such as good people we thinks nice and great and wonderful people yet everyones wrong! bbye the way when mr president clinton was in office there was a report from osama bin laden saying there would be a strike on the usa very soon! president clinton ignored that! yet still people blame that on bush! pretty funny huh how that report just now came out a few months ago stating mr clinton new way before 911 and nooone did anything about that statement and threat! our gvt is very crooked and yes many things of the president are crooked!
