Al-Qaida are not muslims. The Koran says very clearly (as does the Bible and the Torah) "thou shalt not kill". It specifically says that you should not kill fellow muslims AND it says that as Jews and Christians worship the same God that they must be treated the same as a muslim.

Al-Qaida are murdering thugs using religion as an excuse - rather like Bush, the pro-lifers, Israeli extremists, Irish nationalists, Irish loyalists...
