As a start, there's a rally in New York on Saturday, April 29 - we need to get as many people there as possible. If you can join in, or tell your friends and family in the area to come out, that would be excellent. You and everyone can get more details at www.April29.org.
United for Peace and Justice as well as International Action are two coalitions with lots of paricipating groups which have been working to get people out into the streets since the start or before of the war in Iaq. If you check their websites - www.unitedforpeace.org and www.internationalanswer.org - you can find out more about them and the participating groups and about other national/regional/local protests.
You're right. We need to hit the streets in massive numbers NOW. And stay there until the media can't ignore us, and the government starts to pay attention.
